Absolutely. Hypnosis is safe, effective and scientifically proven to aid in the modification of behaviors and healing.

Most individuals can be hypnotized. Research has shown, people with a higher intelligence are better hypnotic clients due to their greater ability to use and apply their imagination.

Suggestions will last for as long as you continue to accept and reinforce them or until you accept and reinforce a new suggestion in its place.

No. While in hypnosis, you are fully aware of everything around you. You are capable of speaking when necessary but certainly would not reveal anything you did not want made public.

Finally and very important to know, as a certified Hypnotist through the NGH, members are required to fulfill 15 hours of continuing education units a year.
